Across 27+ years and four remarkable institutions — Tata Steel, PepsiCo, IKEA, and ONDC — Anupama has built her career on one purpose: enabling businesses to scale through clarity, purpose, and empowered people. She has led iconic strategy, M&A, and integration initiatives at Tata Steel; accelerated growth and capital investments at PepsiCo; scaled global supply chains and expanded “Made in India” sourcing at IKEA; and helped shape India’s digital public infrastructure at ONDC, where she also led Governance, Risk & Compliance and private fundraising.

What defines her most is not the scale of her roles but her conviction that transformation happens when Strategy, Purpose, and People align. When people grow, businesses grow — a principle that anchors all her work.

Today, she channels this experience into Kahaani, her consulting and mentoring practice, helping leaders and organisations grow with intention — through sharper strategy, stronger governance, and cultures where people thrive. She also serves as an Independent Director.

A lifelong learner, she gravitates toward biographies and management books, and has recently embraced fitness, healthy living, and meditation as part of her personal journey.
